Loved the product and when I experienced a need to make some changes the team were extremely accomodating.

I ordered 3 18x24 pics and I AM IN LOVE with them! I was so excited to get them but had NO IDEA how much I would love them. They did a GREAT job on capturing the images of my dogs. I absolutely recommend them!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering a custom photo. It's so bad I could cry. Will never recommend. Photo came bent and rolled, like why can it not ship in a flat envelope? The photo was so small and didn't even take up a third of the page - so much white space - it was just awful. Awful awful awful. Very misleading and not as expected. Don't waste your money. Use a company that will let you preview your order and offer refunds. This place is just awful.

The order was processed quickly and everything was perfect!

I ordered two pictures, one for each dog. They turned out beautifully! I even had to contact West and Willow to adjust/tweak one of the pictures, and they were so helpful and accommodating! I will highly recommend West and Willow to all my pet-loving friends!

The process to order was very simple, fast, and easy. The website is very user friendly. We love the pictures we received! We recommended your company to other family members.

The print turned out fantastic and arrived in time for Christmas. My only issue was some scratches on the frame but, West & Willow promptly addressed the defect and processed a replacement at no charge which will be shipped via expedited service. This print was a family gift as we recently lost our dog before the holidays and I couldn’t be more impressed by how the artist captured our pup’s personality perfectly. If you’re hesitant about ordering a print don’t be. You will not be disappointed.

Great customer service. There was a slight issue with the 1st portrait done; however, the communication was great and it was fixed right away. Very happy with how everything turned out.
