The picture that I ordered was fantastic and went beyond my expectations. It captured my dog's personality completely. I had to contact customer service twice - once because i hadn't sent the correct format of photo and the second time to check on delivery - and both times they were extremely quick to respond and extremely helpful.

The print of our Ruby is amazing - the quality & attention to details are out of this world. So life like - it makes my heart skip a beat every time I look at it!

I ordered a picture with three cats, 2 of 3 look pretty good but one does not resemble the other cat very well. A sample photo should be sent prior to shipping so that any changes can be made, especially with this being so expensive

Picture of my daughter's cat was so spot on. It was very special as it was a Christmas gift and it arrived on time. The picture captured his personality and is such a treasured drawing.
