Background color was incorrect and name was spelled incorrect. Customer Service is awful. They aren’t in a hurry to correct their mistakes. I would suggest not ordering as a gift due lack of effort on their end. Very disappointing.

I received a 20% off email. I thought my 20% would automatically be deducted at checkout and I paid with applepay. I didn't see a coupon code.

Shipping was very fast and the product was great!

The frame itself was great. I ordered two in early December. One arrived with the wrong name and frame. They had to fix it and send a new one that is shipped but hasn’t arrived yet. Clearly after Christmas, for which it was purchased for. No urgency, apology, or anything on their end to correct it before Christmas. It was 100% their mistake, I had the correct name on the order when I purchased it. I understand they are busy, but felt that no attempt was made to handle the problem in a timely manner. Especially for the price of the frames.

Excellent- totally what we wanted and more . You guys really spoke to our vision of the dogs that we have lost and we are grateful!
