The portrait of our pet was not what we expected when it first arrived. I immediately contacted customer service and was in contact with Aprilyn. She ensured that the issue would be fixed and there was no need to worry. After a few exchanged emails the portrait was perfected and exactly what I wanted/expected. West & Willow is dedicated to ensuring that their customers receive the best work. I can’t think Aprilyn enough for her dedication and expertise.

We had a typo on the name of our dog and there was no preview prior to production. We are left with a pricey framed picture with no recourse. They offered a 30% discount which is not a good solution. There are other companies who will make the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered 4 pictures for Christmas gifts. 1 came damaged. I had to wait til a week after Christmas and I was sent the wrong dog. Now I have to fill out another form and wait!

My package was a gift and was delivered in a timely manner but I still have not received the link or instructions for the digital download of my order despite already reaching out to customer service. I would like to see what it looks like. You would think the digital copy would arrive as soon as it's shipped and you are asking for a review before I've even seen my order. Please send me the digital copy that I paid extra for ASAP. thank you.

The service was wonderful and user interface when uploading was very straight forward. The only reason I didn’t provide 5 stars was the final picture didn’t come out great for 2 out of 3 pets. They just look really strange. I guess the artists don’t know my pets but I did request that they reach out to me if they’d like better photos. I really wish they did.
