Easy to order website with fun designs and options

End result is amazing. Just ordered another. It did take a long time to be delivered.

The artwork & quality is great!

I ordered a portrait and was not happy with how it turned out. IIt was dark and I could not make out my dogs features. So I sent an email and a new photo asking if the could just make anew picture from the new photo and I would be willing to reimburse them. I waited… no response. Tried to email them again. No response. So since this was a gift I went back in the website and reordered with the new photo as if I was a new customer. I think it’s ooor customer service that there isn’t anyway to contact West and Willow other than submitting a form and then not to have a response from them at all.

The artists did such a great job on the portrait, it’s very impressive! We LOVE the final product and can’t wait to hang it up :) The customer service and support from this company is amazing too! I had emailed for some assistance and they responded with a resolution in less than an hour. I love West & Willow and will definitely be buying from them again!!

Pros: 1. Customer service was (save one exception) very responsive and courteous. 2. Although shipping was slow relative to other companies I used over the holiday period, the item was extremely well packaged and arrived in good condition. 3. The print's frame is good quality and aesthetically pleasing. Cons: 1. Initial instructions for the print weren't followed, which led to an image that was much, much darker than it should have been. 2. As others have said, W&W's refusal to provide a proof before shipping meant that - when they got it wrong - an item was received through the post that did not meet expectations. This equates to wasted money for W&W and lost time for the customer. 3. Efforts to resolve the hue and tone of the image after the fact were too numerous (four attempts) and took too long (thirteen days). I still don't have the replacement print, and I ended up having to use the digital file that W&W sent me and take it to Staples to be printed there so that the gift would be ready for Christmas. A final word - the digital file provided for my 18x24 print was 1.3 MB. This is tiny. It printed fine, but I suspect that if you pay for a digital image as an 'extra', the file size will be the same regardless of the size of print you order. Bear that in mind when considering what size framed print you want (and the associated cost).
