Got my order just in time for Christmas! I accidentally ordered wrong color and reached out and they switched the color for me no charge! Very respectful and professional definitely will be ordering more for family!! The picture I sent looks identical and we couldn’t be more happy with it!! :)

Original purchase was lost by the courier. West & Willow offered a replacement no questions asked that I received within three days. My only disappointment was with the sizing of the print on the 12x16 matte. Its too small for the size and looks slightly disproportionate.
