This was a gift and my daughter and her husband loved the pictures!!! I was very pleased with the results as well. The only reason I gave a 4 for the rating is the color was wrong with one of the 3 dogs. But I do give them a 5 with their response to correcting it and with all the great communication from the very beginning. They are very quick to respond with their emails. I was very impressed with this company.

Overall I was pleased with the images that I received. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the frames that were used given the price of the item. Had I known I would have gone with just the images and purchased frames of my own.

Convinced a human is not reviewing the pictures. But just puts it into a program. Got wrong color twice. Understandable that holidays take longer but this has been close to a month process now and yet to get final picture done. For the expensive price you are paying, I would expect a little better experience

Picture I gave was not the best but the team over at West & Willow made it into something perfect. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

I was worried, being a Canadian customer and that the order wouldn’t arrive in time but it did! But, the frame does not fit snug together which show the wood Color between the black. It shows n will need to find paint to fix.
