We had a little glitch with the pup’s eye color but W&W was quick to make the fix and replace the picture without additional cost. The item was a Christmas gift and unfortunately the replacement would not arrive in time but that’s okay. I like the final product and would purchase from them again.

I have 3 dogs , 2 beagles & a black min-pin. Both beagles look almost the same . The picture puts the beagles side by side & min-pin on the end. I thinking to mix it uoba little put the min-pin in between the beagles, But otherwise portrait is nice .

I just wanted to express my gratitude for how the West & Willow team handled my recent order and concern. Firstly, we absolutely love our W&Wartwork! And, now, we have all three dogs pictured in the hallway (Attached)! Our first product was a gift to my wife last year, and this year was to complete the arrangement. Although the first rendering of "Cash" was not something I was pleased with, the customer support team jumped immediately into action. The quick follow up and offered solution was perfect!
