We ordered five portraits for each of our cats and they blew me away with their quality. The attention to detail makes the end product absolutely amazing. I could not be happier. 10/10!

When I received the picture of my dog, the color of her eyes did not match. I emailed the company and they took care of it and corrected the problem. Can't wait to see the new one.

So far 5 stars!! This is my third portrait from here. However, my last order got lost in shipment, but West & Willow are replaced ng the order at no charge. Customer Service is great, but still waiting on my replacement. I did receive all of my digital copies as well, but had to have them email them to me.

West & Willow does not provide a proof to review before sending. I followed the directions on a best picture do's and don't. After two revisions, the picture was finally how I wanted it. I think there would be less issues if they provided proofs to approve or allowed more photos to be submitted. I ordered on 11/16 prior to the holiday (for a gift) and the 1st print was received on 12/1. West and Willow was responsive on getting the print to our satisfaction, but it took so long the 2nd print came after Christmas.

We loved our portrait of Foxy. Foxy unexpectedly passed away last month. When we received his portrait, it looked exactly like him. So much so, that our other cat, and his best friend, Skunks, recognized him. She sniffed the portrait, looked behind it, and purred against it. All this to say, it is a wonderful way to remember the goofy cat we all loved. Thank you!
