Resolved my issue quickly!

The photo was absolutely perfect.

The company was very professional, and provided great customer service!

Ordered and received a damaged picture, it had wrinkles in the print. I submitted for a replacement and have not received the replacement picture, but I have approved the replacement for the damaged print.

While my original print was not close to the picture, it was redone and reshipped for free and now looks fabulous!

They got it to me very quickly and it was really perfect. Captured our dog's smile exactly. We loved it so much we are ordering portraits of the rest of our dogs to do a gallery wall.

I’m so impressed with this company. The photos went beyond my expectations and I’m so happy with the outcome. These artists are so talented and it’s so worth the money!

Very dissatisfied with product. The sizing of my dogs, which very obviously is 2 large dogs 1 small in photos, yet they are all the same size in finished product, small dog even slightly looks bigger than larger dogs. Not good. UPDATE: the company has fixed the issues with the original product, customer service was great and I love the finished product the second time around. Very appreciative of them.
