Love this company and their customer service!

My photo got lost in the holiday shipping chaos and they replaced my photo at no additional cost. The staff walked with me through the process and I received a digital copy and replacement. I appreciate the great customer service.

I originally ordered a custom pet portrait for my parents as a Christmas gift and the art work was fantastic but my pet's name was misspelled on the print. However, the support team was very quick to respond to the issue and sent me another portrait with the correct name free of charge. Typos are an honest mistake and I respect West & Willow for helping me so promptly to correct it and sending me a new portrait for no additional costs whatsoever.

You really captured my dog’s personality

Prompt delivery and very responsive staff when I reached out about obtaining a digital copy. Could not be happier with our framed portrait!

One dog was drawn too skinny, and did not have any black on her tongue. The other dog had too dark of eyes. Pictures submitted showed all above. We are disappointed.

We have not received our digital image which we paid for and the portrait has a barcode. Ery visible on the right lower side of the portrait. We were advised on 12/24/23 that we will receive an updated picture for approval and have not received it yet.

The staff is very prompt in getting back to you. They will immediately fix any mistakes as well as do a great job capturing the essence of your pet in the photo! 😊
