Name spelt wrong, horrible communication. Did not believe they spelt it wrong. Also didn’t receive the ring I ordered

The print was cute, but ripples were present on the mount. You could see them through the frame.

I ordered this for my daughters and received art that was much darker than what our dog looked like. I was apprehensive when I contacted support thinking they were going to push back saying that was the image I sent, however they quickly contacted me saying they would be happy to send us new artwork and sent us a preview of the image before to make sure everything looked alright. They asked no questions about anything and fixed everything with no cost. I am highly impressed with the customer service and would recommend this company to anyone.

It is so hard to contact you when there is a problem with the portrait. There is no option to talk to a real person via email, text, or phone. It makes for a stressful experience

Hi Elle, Thank you for this valuable recommendation! We will make sure to consider this to make our order process more seamless.
