I was skeptical when I order my product, but I was more than pleased with the result and will be ordering again. This was a birthday present for my daughter and I can't wait to give it to her!

West & Willow exceeded all my expectations! Their renderings of my pets look exactly like them and have managed to even capture their personalities! Selecting the right photo seems to really matter! I had one made of a pet no longer with us and they were extremely helpful to me in finding the right photo! I am extremely happy with their service and product!

The frame came slightly chipped. It is not clear how to access the digital download I purchased. The picture was a good likeness and nice quality. However, there is a lot of blank space in the top 2/3 of the picture that seems like wasted space.
