Original portrait arrived with a broken frame. Emailed you on Christmas when we opened the gift and a response and new portrait was sent out the next day. It was received in perfect condition. We love it. Thank you for such a quick response and such a great portrait.

I just wanted to let your staff and company know what an amazing and touching job you did for our Son/Daughter In-law, and Granddaughters.  Their beloved dog passed away just a few days before Xmas, and I thought a portrait of Teal'c would be comforting to them.....and it was!!  They loved it!   They received it yesterday and were thrilled.   They sent me a photo of it, and I myself was touched on how the portrait came out.  He was such a sweet boy.  You guys did a GREAT job! Thank you so, so much for the service, quality,  and making our Granddaughters feel a bit better from the loss of their "fur baby". Sincerely,  Monica Addington

The final product came out great however it took them 3 tries to get it right which is why 4 stars. First time frame was broken. Second time the print was different coloring than the first (in a bad way). However their customer service was very quick to respond and remedy the situations each time. I am very happy with the final product.
