The frame fell apart the moment she opened her gift. West & Willow replaced it, but the new frame is almost as bad- the frame came apart at the bottom, again as soon as it was opened. I’ve ordered from West & Willow twice before and never had this issue; are you using a new vendor for your frames? If so, their quality is not up to par. Now I’ll have to spend more $ to get a new frame. Ugh

Sent the wrong finished product out 1st time, days before Christmas. Replacement ended up taking over 2 weeks if not more.

It's a shame that you don't allow the 10% discount code to be applied for orders in Canada (and especially that it's not specified). In addition, you indicate on the site that the transport costs are $15 in Canada, but when I placed the order, I was instead charged $21 on the invoice

I ordered two pet portraits as gifts for my daughter. When they came in, both were beautiful, one was spot on but one did not quite depict the size of her German Shepherd. I filled out a form, explained what we were wanting to change and they sent over a new image for me to approve that was absolutely perfect! She is going to love her gifts, excellent customer service!

I ordered cell phone covers for my girls for Christmas, to place in their stockings. Definitely NOT worth the money. It was basically a sticker slapped on a clear cell phone cover. Not worth the money, and I would never buy again. Honestly, I think it was a total rip off.
