RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! If I could give this company some negative stars I would !!! I ordered and paid for a Digital Download for a second picture that I ordered. I never received the Digital Download. I sent (12) E-Mails, they responded to (1) after a month. They told me they would send me the Digital Download, if I paid for it again, instead of just doing the right thing for a repeat customer !!! I have since read the reviews, and many other customers have experienced this same treatment. Now it seems, they are going to ban me from their site, like I would EVER order another picture from them again !!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

We used West and Willow to send a remembrance gift to our friends whose pet recently passed away. Their reaction was priceless. “This is amazing. It totally captures his sweet and soulful essence. I love my custom portrait but I wasn't 100% satisfied but I was shy to ask for changes since it seemed petty; but a friend convinced me to try. The West and Willow artists were so kind and they worked with me on my changes and went through two revisions until I was happy with it. I am so grateful! You just don't find excellent customer service like this in many places anymore. I would order from here again in a minute!

It seemed to be an easy website to figure out. Now I just sit and wait!
