We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying, and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion. What an amazing piece of art and so fast! I love what they do. I wish I would Have picked a different pic of one of my dogs because it doesn’t look like him, but the other one is spot on. Not West and Willow’s fault at all, just a hint to be really careful what picture you send in.
