West & Willow is a great company. Customer Support is extremely supportive and made some changes that I requested. The final product turned out great.

I sent several pics of my 3 dogs. They sent me a picture with 2 off the 3 looking nothing like my dogs, different breeds!!!! Since you cannot get a refund, they redid the picture, sending me updates several times. 3 months later, I finally said ok but it doesn’t look exactly like 1 dog. I do love the picture I have since 2 of the girls are gone, I appreciate having their likeness.

Great customer service! My order came out a bit off but Siena was able to revise the artwork multiple times communicating with me.

I received a portrait of my dog for my birthday and absolutely love it! And my friend just adopted a dog so I ordered a bowl for her new fur baby. I just love all the ideas, it’s creative!
