Customer service got back to me almost immediately!

I ordered a custom pet portrait of my dog in December 2023. I have to admit I was disappointed with the initial portrait. On a good note due to excellent customer support West & Willow created a beautiful portrait of my dog that I love.

Horrible over charged me . Said free shipping and 20 % discount not applied. I canceld immediately after order. So I should not be getting charged.

I ordered my daughter one of these portraits of her two spoiled, adored "doodles" for Christmas. I sent a picture of each for the artist to use..... When I received the finished product, athough the quality was excellent, I was really disappointed because their sizes in the portrait were misrepresentative of them. The younger one was mistakenly much larger than the older one. I gave the gift to my daughter and she was very happy with it......there were a number of family comments about the sizes of the dogs, but she handled it well. I felt guilty because the picture wasn't as I'd hoped and I apologized to her several times. I decided to write "West and Willow" and see if I might get it redone at a discount of some kind. I received the kindest response back from them apologizing and informing me they would be redoing the picture ASAP and get a new one right out to me. They sent me updates on the status and a copy before shipping to make sure it was what I wanted... and it's absolutely perfect! As I replied to them, their Customer Service is A+ and far above any I've experienced! I will be ordering additional portraits for gifts and suggesting this company to friends looking for gift ideas. -Kathy Schoen

This is my fourth order from West &Willow. The portraits make wonderful gifts. I had an issue with this order and customer service was phenomenal. Adrian followed up and ensured my issue was resolved and I was happy.

West & Willow made sure I was happy with my pet portrait. They redid my initial order and revised the artwork until I was satisfied.

Great customer service. Receiving portrait on time for a surprise.

I will be buying for all my friends!! Such a cool thoughtful gift!! The quality is great and the photos I submitted were not the best so I was surprised to see how great this turned out :)
