Love the finish product!

I paid extra for walnut frames on 2 of my portraits and still got only black frames. Disappointed.

The entire process from order to arrival was flawless. I had to contact customer service because I forgot to add the digital purchase to my order and CS was phenomenal. I absolutely love how my picture turned out. Quality product and excellent service. I’m super happy with my purchase.

I’ve been burned on Instagram products before, but this company is wonderful! Turn -around time on my order was less than two weeks. I did not get a proof, so was not sure what the pic of our Duke would look like. It turned out FABULOUS. My daughter was so thrilled with her mug!

My transaction went straight to payment and I was not able to put the vday discount code. I reached out via email and they kindly refunded me the difference. Can’t wait to receive my order. My husband’s childhood dog passed away last year and this will be such a nice gift for him.
