Very easy process and the picture turned out great!

I received my picture, which I love. I also ordered a digital download and never received it. I’ve emailed 3 times and got a generic response once that you received my email and someone will respond. I’ve never got a response other than that.

We absolutely love it! All of our 8 items arrived a week early and we’re delivered in great condition. Only issue was the sawtooth hangers installed at the back of the frames were uneven which made the frames a little crooked when hung.

Happy again! This was my 2nd purchase of a pet portrait. The 1st one was perfect & we loved it instantly. This 2nd one was not as accurate in the depiction of our dog & her name was misspelled when we received it. However, I contacted customer service, shared our dislikes, and we received a new version shortly afterwards that is just what we wanted. They were so great about fixing the situation & we are happy customers!

Turned out so well. The portraits are accurate and it’s very clear they are my dogs and not just the same breed. My boyfriend was ecstatic when I showed him and my friends are all asking where I got it from. If I had to critic one thing it would be I wish they sized the dog a little better. My 36 pound dog is bigger than my 70 pound dog in the portrait but that’s such a minor detail.

Sent a photo of my baby to get the large mug for a valentines gift for my husband. When I received it the mug was a great size but it didn’t really look my dog to me at all. Did not think it was worth the money spent at all!!

There was an issue with the original portrait, and they promptly replaced it for free with the corrections. Very impressive.
