West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Is site to navigate and a great product

Andrian was WONDERFUL and we are so happy with our pet portraits! I would recommend West & Willow to any and everyone I know. Love the product, and the customer service is wonderful.

Lovely product received Great customer service contacted the company as the discount hadn’t work at check out and they refunded me the difference immediately! Product revived well packaged and quickly given from USA. Great product and service

I originally had rank them very low because the pictures that I had received were not true reflections of my dogs and the pictures that I submitted however after reaching out via different means of social media as well as customer service and emailing I did get the corrected proofs and prints which the stars would be five if they're hadn't been the original snafu.

Thank you for replacing the order that was not delivered. It will mean a lot to my dad to get this order.

It can improve by not rolling cardboard pictures they should be shipped flat

Product was outstanding - delivered on time and gift was received with tears. I will use your company again.

Always a great experience! Prints look just like my dogs.
