They worked with me to solve a problem with my picture. The customer service was great and they were very eager to help. The staff was very kind.

Please just don't waste your money, this company charges outlandishly for their work and there are so many independent artists that have far superior work for way less. The original picture they sent me was so far off from how my dogs look, I sent them an extremely detailed email about what needed to be changed and they did THREE revisions, and still missed so many details and had the wrong colors/coat textures on two of my dogs but by that point I'd given up. It was so not worth several hundred dollars for this. In an economy like today, please save your money and go elsewhere. Their work is subpar at best and not worth what they charge.

I could write a book here so I will give the highlights: I sent in my favorite picture of my baby and they gave me back an amazing likeness-her eyes, her eyebrows, her pink muzzle!! My baby was a brindle with some white and they captured her PERFECTLY!! The transaction was straightforward. There was enough communication that I was ensured as to when I was getting my picture. The pricing and options were clear. So easy and simple in exchange for something priceless.

I am so happy with my order! I contacted customer service when I had thought my order might have gotten lost, but recieved quality customer care about my order and when it would ship. It was totally worth the wait! I have 2 keepsake portraits of my dogs now to enjoy forever. I sent in slightly humorous photos and that was captured in the prints.
