I needed to change the shipping address and submitted the request within the required 30 minutes after ordering window. I received a confirmation of the change very quickly and a lovely note from Jeramy about our order. I appreciated his concern and care.

Absolutely gorgeous! We wanted a portrait that captured the goofy and loving personality of Bentley. Our son and his fiance love him like their baby and we thought it would be a great birthday present. Everyone just raved about it! We'll be doing another portrait of our own little ones soon! Definitely sharing our experience with friends!

The print is great quality. I just wish they depicted our dog a little better. Our dog had a mix of long and short hair, short hair mostly around the face, longer hair on the neck and ears. The portrait depicts her with long hair everywhere which throws off the resemblance quite a bit!

Love it and how two of the dogs came out but the middle dog is the smallest and looks the largest- not happy at all with how her photo came out
