I 💗LOVE💗 the picture of Kane you did for me. It's truly amazing. I love it so much I did one for my niece and one for my brother.

A friend purchased a picture of her dog to hang in her home around Christmas time. It literally looked exactly like him. When my sister's dog passed away in February I decided to order one for her of her furbaby as a memory keepsake. I paid for the "faster" shipping and still took almost the full 3 weeks to receive it (it seemed to not want to leave CA which I understand is not your fault). Anyways, I personally thought that it was pretty good when I looked at it after it arrived; however, my sister and I both agree that it was a bit off... the dog had no black hair whatsoever and there was a lot in the picture. I assume the black was used as "shading" but really threw off the picture. As well there wasn't much definition around the mouth area, and none of her little whiskers were added in. I thought the picture I sent was quite clear (and a new one wasn't requested from the company) so not positive what happened there. Certainly a decent job, but not what I was expecting after seeing the one my friend had ordered.

I am so hopeing you can leave her collar and name tag on her photo. Please please I will pay extra. It’s so her

This is my third pet portrait, I love them!!

My sister recently had to unexpectedly put her eldest dog down after 13 years together and was absolutely heartbroken. With her birthday fast approaching, I knew what I needed to get her—a commemorative painting of Sam (and his brothers, because why not). After seeing multiple ads on Instagram for various companies offering such gifts, I decided on West and Willow. I am not disappointed. She opened them today and she cried (happy tears!) from how amazing they were. From the quality of the images to the speed of delivery, West and Willow nailed it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to gift a grieving pet parent or just someone who loves their pets. A bit pricey, but well worth the cost, in my humble opinion!

Andrian helped me make adjustments on a special work for my dog that recently passed away, and I am so grateful and pleased with my finished product. I can’t wait to get it and I get in my home because it will have a special place of honor.

My experience with this company was ok. A couple of things they can improve upon one being allowing people to send these portraits as a gift. Also, they had the billing address and the name on the billing, the same as the person that I was sending it to and they couldn’t fix it. So they keep referring to me in their emails as the wrong person. Other than that their communication was good the portrait was done in a timely fashion and the family I sent it to loved it.

A great turnout. The support team and staff made it easy to know that my portrait would arrive on time and that if I had any questions or concerns to contact them. I would recommend West & Willow to friends and family.
