I cannot get over how perfect the photos are. The ordering process was very simple and the order arrived rather quick, maybe a week. The pictures are absolutely perfect for my dog room idea!

I am giving this a 4 star rating. Only because it was a redo and looks better.

The final result is to dark. I read that if the photo I sent wasn’t a good choice I would be notified. I am very disappointed. I have recommended this company to others and I wish I would have waited unti I received the final result. I still believe the artist is talented but they just went much too far with the shading.

My picture turned out absolutely perfect! I sent in a clear picture, but it did have my dog's ears slightly cut off. They added the tips of her ears perfectly for the portrait. Ordering was super easy, and I loved all the options you get to choose from. Next time they have a sale, I'm buying 2 more!
