West and willow has gone above and beyond, not only do they produce quality work, but their customer service is superb! I thought I purchased the digital copy, but in fact didn’t. I emailed them and Jeramy from customer service responded. He quickly let me know that he could create a digital copy and send it my way after I paid the $10. So I did just that. His responses were always quick. I didn’t have to wait weeks or even days. I wish every customer service representative was like Jeramy. Jeramy definitely needs a bonus and a raise! West and willow if your art work didn’t speak for itself your customer service would have definitely won me over. Here’s to many more further purchases! Thanks again Jeramy at West and Willow.

I’m disappointed in the coloring of my picture. Kavys fur is too dark on the photograph. She looks like a groundhog.

Firstly it shipped much sooner than what was to be expected. Also, I was nervous that the portrait wasn’t going to be accurate to the pictures I submitted but they look fantastic.
