I completed the process for my 2 puppies and wanted to add my daughters two cats to my order and could not find a way to do that. Therefore I could not use my 10% off both. That really isn't fair.

The image came out beautifully! I was so worried they wouldn’t capture the dog right and as I was sending this frame to friends I wished I was able to see it before it was shipped. However, they really did a beautiful job. Only other complaint I have is not being able to write a gift message!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Siena. I messed up on my order. I obviously wasn’t able to get a free replacement since the error was mine, but Siena worked with me and the design team to find a reasonable solution. The revised picture received is wonderful and something we’ll have for a long time. I’ve since placed another order for my mother. Looking forward to seeing it!

Awesome customer service from Andrian. We weren’t happy with the first portrait and phone case that we received. Andrian immediately responded and created a new portrait for us. The new one is amazing and captures our Syd. We love it so much! Thank you, Andrian, for the wonderful customer service and for realizing how important this was to us. We appreciate it.
