Easy to follow steps and information on website

I wish there was an option to immediately see how the picture would look. My wife got me a picture of our other cat so I know that the end product could look great. Just not sure how the submitted pictures will turn out.

I think the website is easy to navigate. My only two pieces of feedback are 1) allow us to upload more than one image and you all can decide the best one to use-in terms of quality, lighting, sizing etc.. 2) I wish we could upload the picture so we can see what it would look like with different backgrounds.

West and Willow produces a high quality product, and EXCELS in Customer Service. They are highly responsive and have always effectively addressed my questions. I've now placed 3 different orders with them, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. What a beautiful product to memorialize my angel-fur babies.
