My pet portrait is amazing! I love it!

Super friendly and helpful customer service.

We had a portrait done of 2 of our furbabies. Unfortunately we had an issue with 1 of the faces. West & Willow's customer support was a joy to work with. ( namely Merdae). We were constantly updated on progress to rectify the issue. Cannot wait to receive the revised and will definitely recommend West & Willow to all our friends and families looking to get customized portraits of their pets.

I would have loved to review my order before placing my order. I hope I can get a refund if I'm not happy with my order.

Wish I could get updates on my order

The photo is rippled and looks terrible. I am super disappointed. It was fairly pricey for the quality product I received. I can’t gift this to my mom who recently lost her fur baby.

Your website and ordering process are quick and simple. I was a little disappointed with the portrait, it wasn’t positioned or proportionate to the print size and most importantly the portrait doesn’t have any personality. Your ads show portraits that look great even though the picture of the actual pet may look serious. We’ll display it because it was expensive.
