Wonderful image of our dog! The artist captured her loving personality through the photo we sent. The ordering process was user-friendly, including uploading a photo of our dog. The service was quick and efficient.

I still had to pay for shipping even though it said 100+ over it's free.

Love this company. Have ordered from them multiple times and always great results. Great customer service as well.

It was not made clear to me that my picture would not include a hat that my dog was wearing. When I submitted the photo, I should have been notified at that time. I received my picture and to my disappointment, it looks like my dog’s head is deformed instead.

The picture is beautiful!!!! It looks like my babies and it’s beautifully framed and clean. The ONLY complaint I have is they put my dog’s names above the wrong dog and, I won’t lie, it drives me crazy every time I look at it, but the actual art work is beautiful. I did order another one and I’m hoping the name situation is correct!

The portraits came absolutely perfect and were both spot on to the photos I submitted! I will definitely be purchasing again in the future for friends & family. Soooo worth it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Once I received my portraits there was a mistake in the sizing of my pets (4 separate portraits) faces and West Willow is re-doing all 4 portraits to ensure my satisfaction. I’m totally impressed with this company and will purchase 2 more portraits to complete my collection of 9.
