It’s perfect! Looks just like both of my cats and even captured their personalities! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

When I first ordered from West & Willow I did not totally read the instructions! And instead of charging me for another order, the creators respected the fact that I wasn't happy with my order due to my own mistakes and they were still willing to send another piece I was happy with for no additional charge! They were easy to reach, great at communicating, and very understanding!

After losing both my fur babies in the past 3 years. This was the perfect way to keep them with us. The picture exceeded my expectations.

I LOVE the pictures of our pets but the frame came bent and tweaked. I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or before. I’m hoping my husband can fix it. For the price I paid, the condition and quality of the frame is very disappointing. I wish I would have just paid for the print which I just love and bought my own frame.

I did not need a frame, so I ordered just the poster. When I opened it I noticed creases in the poster, since the paper is a bit thicker. I unroll it and discover even more creases. The price point is already very high, but it’s a nice art style so we pulled the trigger. Pretty disappointed they have not found a way to transport it without creasing the poster. I would upload pictures of these creases if I could for proof. I guess to avoid this you should spend even more money on the frame but as I said, the price point is already high enough. Just wished you could have it shipped in a better way if ordered without the frame.

I ordered a blanket on April 13th after a loved one unexpectedly lost their dog. After not receiving it for weeks I reached out and they said my order had been lost but they will reorder my original product. I asked for expedited shipping since it had already been weeks…I was told they didn’t offer that. Then 2 days later I got an email advertising expedited shipping! It is May 28th and I just got my order. The blanket is nice but the entire ordeal to finally get my product was ridiculous. The customer service is poor, feels like you’re talking to a robot and my last 2 emails to them were blatantly ignored. I would recommend going through a different company.
