West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Although my initial order was not what I had picked out, the response from West & Willow (in particular, Merdae) was nothing but excellent! Merdae, from start to finish, was the most pleasant and professional person to deal with. She went above and beyond to make sure the item I ordered was perfect and it was! I am so happy with Boone’s portrait and would not hesitate to recommend West & Willow to others! They have a real gem in Merdae and she is a true ambassador for the company!

We love the West & Willow portrait of our Mulligan! It was an easy set up and order process, too!

Incredible work! Looking forward to gifting this to my husband as a Father’s Day gift. I purchased the digital download as well! You won’t be disappointed. Will recommend West & Willow to family and friends :)

Ordered one on West and willows prints of our fur babies. Customer service was fantastic and shipping was way quicker than I thought. The actual product I received exceeded my expectations. I’ve ordered off a company (not west and willow) doing similar products before and when the final print arrived I couldn’t tell whose dog is was. West and willow have captured my dogs perfectly. Would highly recommend.

They don't allow you to see a proof which is a poor experience in my opinion. They also wouldn't allow me to update my shipping address before the print had even been created. I understand they have their logistical reasons but, again, it creates a substandard experience. Finally, they didn't use an oxford comma (or give us an option) with the three dog names on the print which is their artistic decision, but also the wrong one.

The picture is wonderful, thanks! 😊

My sister and brother-in-law lost their precious fur baby Lincoln a year ago and I know they have missed him every second of every day. This was my opportunity to gift them a beautiful memorabilia of their pup. The quality was amazing, packed well and my sister was speechless! Thank you so much for your professional work!

I cried when I saw it because it’s perfect! My dog looks exactly like himself. Trigger has been in doggy heaven for 3 weeks now and this is an image I want to hold dear to my heart. Thank you.
