Giving two stars as the prints were delivered and the paper was quality. #1, the company had a misleading promo. Spend x amount and get a free mug (add your portrait to the cart and select a mug from the add-on options). So I did and tried it every way possible but ultimately was charged $20 for the mug. When I emailed customer service with the details, they said that the photo on the mug was supposed to be the same as the portrait. The promo and fine details never said this (I had screenshots of the promo language). #2. I didn’t not receive my digital files until I asked for them. What if I forgot to ask about them? Would I have ever gotten them? The inputting of my email and the order number on the website still does not produce my digital files. #3 They messed up my dogs face in the recreation. It’s like they colorized the photo in photoshop, said “eh that is good enough” and went about their day. If you buy, I would wait until a sale (double check the promo language) and maybe order.

I ordered 2 pet portrait tshirts. I thought I was selecting the outline for a full color picture of my pet what I received what simply an outline which looked nothing like my pet. This product is overpriced and was not advertised as expected. They won’t replace the product or refund my money even though the artwork is awful. Make sure you order full color if you want the actual pixies of your pet/

It was incredibly easy to submit the photos & the shipment did not take long to receive. My husband was absolutely speechless when he opened the package. We absolutely love them!

The picture itself was well done. However, for the price, I thought the frame was poor quality, with gaps between the mitered corners. I will probably replace it.

Communication about where the order is in the process after I purchased was nonexistent and has been frustrating. I ordered this for a birthday present, with plenty of time, so I thought, but I still have yet to get any type of tracking info on my order. The birthday was today, so I hope I eventually receive my order.

Purchased the dog portrait for a friend that recently lost her dogs. Her and her husband were emotional after opening the box because the dog’s personality’s were captured perfectly.
