I ordered a print as a gift, I made the order on time to get it before my friends Birthday, I got the wrong item and I've been waiting for 2 weeks just to get a replacement. At this point I think I'll just ask for a refund.

The picture came out better than I had hoped! I absolutely love it!

Pretty disappointed in these. The pet image is on the bottom fourth of the page and the rest is just white space. Why not make the pet image bigger? Additionally they turned my golden cocker brown. Not cool. Over all very disappointing.

It would have been nice to see the proposed layout before they printed and shipped it. The final coloring and image layout was underwhelming.

I was “stuck” on finding a birthday present for my husband until I got the email about custom shirts. First off, this company takes a lot of pride in their work and it’s very evident. I placed my order online and paid to “skip the line.” The initial picture that I had sent in just didn’t fully capture our pups trademark ears and West & Willow reached out to ask for more. I sent in a few more to the email request and got a response really quickly stating that the pic was perfect and I’d be seeing the gift soon. My husband LOVES his shirt. His girl, Birdie is his service dog and all-time best friend.
