West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Excellent quality and arrived quickly with skip the line! Made for a great present that was loved by everyone who saw it.

I ordered two royal portraits of our dogs for our living room and they came out amazing. We are so happy with them the quality is fantastic and we can’t wait for people to come over and see them! I would highly recommend any product from West and Willow. We also have a modern portrait of both dogs hanging in our entry way. We have had such great experiences with West and Willow. The photos always come out so accurate and truly capture your dogs features.

never have i done this before, we lost our lab and thought it would be a great memory piece.

I had submitted my photo to be created into a memorial art piece for my daughter who had recently lost her bunny. Upon receipt of the art work; we were not happy with the outcome. After reaching out to the customer service department; all efforts were made to do right by this order. Antoher attempt was made to recreate the photo and after a few conversations back and forth we had come to an agreement on the art piece. I appreciated Merdae's kind nature and her willingness to make us happy with this product. The artwork was redone and shipped to us at no extra expense for us. Although the end result took some time to get to, it was amazing and my daughter has her bunny proudly showcased on her wall. I appreacited the level of willingness to help us and that is why I rated 5 stars. :)

I have not received my instant download of my product. The physical frame is great but I’m disappointed in paying for a download that I wasn’t provided any further instructions for. It was not in the packaging with the physical frame.

Thank you for the beautiful picture of my recently passed baby doggy. I cried when I saw it. The details captured my girl’s eyes and will always remind me of good memories when I see this portrait. Thank you so much.

An amazingly accurate photo, I see my baby girl in it evey time I look at it.

Loved it. The mug and portrait arrived on time. Looks just like the picture. Great work and great material used
