LOVE my picture... it was exactly... and even exceeded my expectations...!!!!

I had sent my best friend a puppy portrait as a sympathy gift for her recent loss. There is no gift option available yet so she reached out to the company to ask who sent it. They so kindly reached out to me with the message for my approval to let her know the sender info. Both of us talked about how sweet and kind the employee we spoke to was. I really appreciated them reaching out and staying on top of this. Besides the wonderful customer service, the portrait was identical to the picture of the dog I sent and it cheered up my friend. 10/10 !

Image came out great. We did have a mishap with the first image sent and one of my pups names was misspelled but I received a corrected version within 2 weeks. Great customer service!

Our beloved dog passed away unexpectedly recently which left my family completely heartbroken. I stumbled across West & Willow and felt this would be perfect reminder of our sweet girl in our home. I made my purchase on July 17th. The confirmation stated shipping information would be provided in 5-7 business days and we would received out art in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks went by with no update. I could not find any contact information for West & Willow so I resorted to messaging them on instagram on August 3rd. I received a message that same day that my order was in the fulfillment stages, they offered no apology. Yesterday, August 9th and 17 business days later, I finally received confirmation that my order was being shipped. I don’t mind if delays occur but communicate and let me know. The part that has really does not feel great is that since I’ve placed my order, I’ve received 17 text messages and 26 marketing emails. I can’t possibly begin to think about making any other purchases until I actually see what I purchased looks like.

I am still waiting for my order i placed 2 month ago. Last time i spoke to a agent name Juan and he said my tracking number will be sent to my email in couple of days never did we talk 3 weeks ago.
