Ease of online ordering, likeness of pet, timely delivery

I previously got one so this time I got one as a gift. I loved mine and hoped my sister would love hers. She didn't like the position of the dog. She thought it was too low.

Quality was not what I expected for the price. Image was poor and too small and the lettering was too small.

The photo I sent was edited/rearranged meaning her head was repositioned and it gave my pet no neck. Literally just a head a shoulders. She was positioned so far on the bottom of the picture that her name was the focal point. I reached out and asked for correction. At first I thought it was going to happen and the customer service asked what all was wrong with the photo and they sent it back still with her body looking deformed. After me asking to note to not turn her head. Only thing they fixed was how she was positioned in the picture and her name. It’s been DAYS since I’ve heard back from them. And no response now. I was very disappointed since this was a memorial photo gift for my parents and I cannot give this to them. She doesn’t even look like her. On previews from previous ones they used as advertisement, they looked great. Clearly they only posted the ones that looked good. Money wasted and a big let down from the company.

Never gave my digital print even after I emailed?

I ordered two custom pet portraits. The ordering process was easy, the prints arrived quickly and really captured the personality of each dog. There was a minor issue with the digital prints I ordered not being received, however, customer service was amazing. They responded promptly, sending the digital prints. It was a great experience and I am very pleased with how the prints turned out. Will definitely be ordering from West and Willow again!
