although I loved the finished product, I would have loved to have seen the image before I placed the order.

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback! We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.

I requested a dog picture with halo, a dog name and dates. They never sent me a proof which I thought was odd because they did the last time I ordered. I received the picture 2 weeks later and it came without a halo and without the dates. This was for our friends whose dog had just passed away. It’s very upsetting because now we have to wait another 2 weeks. We’re seeing our friends this week and are empty handed.

The bodies of my dogs, had no white/gray on it. so it felt "off" like their heads on different bodies.

After losing my baby girl Coco, I began to see West&Willow ads come out in my feed of these beautiful drawn pets. I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did because now I see Coco everyday. The portrait was a perfect addition to display in my home.

I never received my digital download, nor any sort of working proof prior to them just shipping the gift to the address provided. I have ordered from this site in the past but it seems every purchase goes worse than the last. I will look at similar companies next time.
