I ordered a portrait as a surprise gift for my daughter. It has been 3 weeks and had not been delivered. Tracking shows UPS delivered to post office but post office is not showing that they have it. I reached out to customer service and they told me that she needs to check with post office. She lives in a big city where there are several list office branches. I paid extra for this to be expedited and am very disappointed that I am not getting any help locating the item that I ordered and paid for

I ordered a picture for a friend who recently lost her dog, and the picture turned out perfect! She absolutely loved it, and kept saying how much it looked like her beloved dog. Thank you West and Willow for a wonderful gift!

The picture turned out great! Would recommend better packaging, the frame was damaged from shipping otherwise I love it!
