I ordered two pictures of my family members dogs who passed. Neither one look remotely close to the photos I sent in. It’s so bad I can’t even give the framed pictures as a gift. I will be throwing them away. Bunch of money wasted.

I recently saw several ads for West & Willow, and I thought it was a cool concept. After placing my order, I only received a confirmation email. It would have been nice to receive a rough draft of the portrait before getting the final product. Despite that, we were happy with the final result, but I can see how some customers might not be pleased.

I love your product. I just bought another modern style for my friend of her 3 dogs. It’s a house warming gift. It came out so great!! I can’t wait to give it her and her husband for their new house!!

Update: After sending email to customer service about my experience with West & Willow they responded quickly and rushed my order so that my son would have it on time for his birthday. I am very pleased with the order and overall would order again from West & Willow. My only concern is not knowing if I've uploaded picture correctly because if I hadn't reached out to them after 4 weeks when would I have been notified. I placed an order as a gift 4 weeks ago and when I reached out to determine delivery I was informed that my order was never started due to something with my photo??!!! I was never contacted and now will not have in time for birthday. Very bad customer service.

I ordered 5 pics of my 5 kitties and they were all amazing! And i got them so quickly. The fur color was off on one of them and the support team quickly fixed it and sent me a new picture! I am so happy with them!

J’avais fais une commande début de l’année, peu après que mon chien qui a grandi avec moi a du partir à cause de son cancer.. j’ai donc voulu lui rendre hommage et je suis tombée par hasard sur ce site. Tout s’est passé parfaitement ! J’ai acheté un mug, un poster et la version digitale. Je n’avais pas reçu cette dernière par mail donc je leur en ai envoyé un, et le jour même j’ai eu la réponse et la photo, ils sont super sérieux, gentil et rapide ! Le dessin est merveilleux et on arrive tous à ressentir son regard je n’ai même pas les mots.. ça a plu à tout le monde ! Je suis encore très heureuse comme si c’était la première fois que j’avais reçu le colis. Vivant en France j’ai dû payer la douane mais ça vaut franchement le coup. Merci à West&Willow et à l’artiste qui a su rendre un merveilleux hommage à mon toutou 🥰🥰

It has been over a month since I placed my order. I emailed them and they didn’t even have my photo. It let me place a $90 order for a pet portrait and you didn’t receive my order. Mind you I know I uploaded my photo when placing my order so I’m not sure if that was an excuse. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update on when it will be shipped out and I’m not getting an answer. Customer service is definitely not great. This is frustrating because it was intended to be a gift for someone else and most likely won’t arrive in time. I would not recommend.
