Crease lines
Purchased a custom artwork for my friend who lost both her cats in the same year and almost lost her dog. I was expecting the art piece to be delivered laid flat in a cardboard “Do not bed” envelope, but they sent it bent and with creased lines due to packaging incorrectly. For how much I paid, I feel like it should have been packaged in such a way that you don’t visibly see creases in the artwork. Not everyone is going to pay for West and willow’s frames, so packaging should be handled appropriately based on the customers order.
