West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The likeness of my dog is perfect! The frame, colors, everything is so professional. Thank you!!

Perfect gift! Simple, meaningful, and will never go out do style.

I was very disappointed in the pictures I received from West and Willow. I made sure the pictures that I sent in showed the colors of my pets with great lighting and what they recommend. My pictures came back really dark to the point it’s almost hard to even see our cats. Paying almost $200 for these pictures was a mistake. I will never use this company again.

I sent 2 emails requesting a follow up. Nobody has contacted me and your company is telling me my order has already shipped. I haven’t received anything yet and you are asking for a review.

I couldn't be happier! My beautiful boy recently went over the rainbow bridge after 13 wonderful years with me. You came highly recommended by my daughter who had a portrait done of her boy. Thanks to you, I am not alone as he is always lovingly watching me with his gorgeous green eyes. Thank you

This was the perfect way to include our fur babies in our home! It is pure art! They made my puppies look adorable- as they are:) Everyone comments that enters our home!!

I think the image is nice on the cup. You started adding your logo to the backside of the cup which I am not a fan. It should be on the bottom as the mug looks much better plain.

I have purchased eight portraits of my fur babies and have ordered four more. You could say I'm so pleased with the ones I have ordered that I can't wait to get my other ones.
