What an awesome product. Shipping was much faster than projected. Could not be happier

Had recently lost my best pal of 14 years and wanted to commemorate her. Decided to give West & Willow a shot in creating a portrait of her, and while initially skeptical due to not being able to communicate with the artist before they began their work, I was on pens and needles waiting to receive their work. Once delivered my expectations were beyond being met and am in love with the portrait created.

Looks very cheap cartoonist, shipping packages was not flat. Why to roll perfectly flat photos?!?! Now I need to flatten them. Quality, colors not as I was expected at all! Very dissatisfied! Do NOT recommend! Waste of money.

I am very disappointed in my order. The engraving hardly resembles anything and is more like a jumble of lines. The tracking number provided to me never updated. The website did not specify that that pet name would be on the ring, although it did ask me for the pet name I figure it would be inside the band because names were not included in the example product photos on the website. I started to suspect that this site was a scam when my tracking never updated. Although I did receive a product I would still classify this company as a scam as it is not representative of the actual product whatsoever. Horrible.

I received my portrait and was immediately overwhelmed with emotion! It was perfect! ❤️

The best company. They really care about you loving your picture of your pet.

The picture was nice but never got my digital download.
