Very easy to do and the end product was perfect, I love how you really captured the eyes of my daughters dog.

I did not receive an email to review prior to processing which was indicated I would. It is very cute, however I do feel the price extreme for the size I received. Having said all that it is very cute.

The picture is beautiful and arrived fast! Still waiting on the digital file 😊

It would be a five star review, but I cannot get my digital download to work. I paid extra to have that and I can't get it to take me to the download. Every time I click the link it loads for a long time and eventually times out. This is my second time buying the portrait and I had the same issue my first purchase too. Otherwise, I love it!

I was so excited to place this order- unfortunately it was never delivered to me. I was sent on a wild goose chase between the company and the shipping company to come up with the product I ordered and still came up short. I reached out numerous times and eventually have to dispute it with my cc company. Very disappointing and waste of my time.

I recently received my framed portrait of our two pugs. All I can say is thank you! Wow! I cried happy tears. This is such an amazing, lifelike interpretation of a photo. I feel like our boys will jump off the print. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with this purchase and we will recommend your company to our friends and family.

They never sent me a proof of the picture before printing it and never made my digital download available. A package just arrived one day with the print. It came out looking okay but the communication was lacking.
