Amazing! Loved my portrait!

I absolutely adore my portrait of my fur kids. It’s the best thing I ever ordered. The artists were so detailed and even got my hamsters white scar on her eye. It is beautiful and I’ll always cherish it. I will definitely be ordering more custom portraits in the near future Ps you guys made me cry! (Tears of happiness)

I first was under the impression that I could use my coupon as a new customer, but because there was already a sale on the item, I wasn’t permitted to. And to be clear, this portrait is always on sale so I’m not sure when I would be able to apply it. Secondly, the site wasn’t working when I was trying to buy the digital print. It’s kept removing it from my cart, so when I followed up, I was told it was because I removed it, which was completely false. Thirdly, the product itself is below my expectations. It looks like a cheap app did the picture and it surely doesn’t look painted. Fourthly, I keep getting spammed now by this company. I won’t be returning and would hope I can get a partial refund for this.

I purchased a picture of my son’s dog and it came out amazing. You stayed in touch until the package was delivered

Lovely idea and execution. Repeat customer and will be back
