We are very happy with the framed picture ! It turned out beautiful . My daughter will love it. This is a Christmas gift. I will definitely order again with West and Willow. I had questions and the customer service were very prompt. Highly recommend! Thank u!

It honestly looks nothing like the photo I gave except that it looks like a dog. I won’t be able to give this as the gift I intended.

Although the actual print was good. It was sent rolled up and never fully flattened properly. For the price, it should be sent between cardboard flat. Not worth paying for print. I had to purchase the digital copy a second time and paid for printing elsewhere. That's your best option.

Best item I have ever received from an online purchase. The quality, customer service, and the shipping of the order was fantastic. Thank you for this amazing product and experience!

Honestly not impressed at all. The coloring does not match my animals at all. I have an orange tabby and somehow they made his face brown. They caught my dogs facial expression but again her coloring was all wrong with a great deal of white when is a shepherd mix. I sent in very clear photos to avoid such errors. Would not recommend spending the money on this product. Spend a bit more and have something professionally done.

The product turned out amazing!! I can’t wait for my mother in law to open on Christmas as she had to put both of her dogs down in the last 16 months. She is going to love it!
