For the cost of these portraits, I was surprised by how unrealistic these illustrations are. While it’s not the worst i’ve seen, these images lack of overall quality and attention to detail. Many features appear blurry when looking at the image close-up. I ordered a 2 pet portrait and overall was okay with one of the pets in the image; however, the other looks like a completely different breed from what she actually is, eyes are different sizes / don’t line up, etc. I wish they would send a proof of the image for approval before printing / sending to allow customers to weigh in as these are not cheap. Love the idea of these portraits but ultimately wish I would’ve looked into other company’s before ordering from this one, definitely better quality elsewhere

Overall a really great experience. Customer service reached out early in the process to request additional pictures of our pet in order to provide the best product possible. They were friendly and prompt throughout the entire process. The final product was amazing! We will definitely continue to support West & Willow in the future. Thanks again!

Awesome portrait of our dogs!

This was the perfect memorium art piece for my Son. The transaction was seamless , the hardest part was picking the perfect photo of our lovely long lost friend . The price was reasonable , the quality high , and the photo depiction spot on !

If I could give this company a zero I would do so. I paid for a photo of my daughter’s dog to be done and eventually was sent a photo so black that you could not even see any facial features. I contacted the site via email and requested either a revised photo or a refund. About two weeks later I received an email with a photo that had barely, if any, changed from the original. I again contacted them and resent the original photo that I had sent. I have yet to hear back from them after numerous attempts and have not received a revised photo. Since then, I have contacted this site numerous more times requesting a refund or the photo and have received neither nor will they respond to my emails. This site is a scam and I have reported it. Please do not use this farce company.
