We really enjoyed working with West & Willow. The Company sent us the first drawing, and we were not satisfied with how our pet looked. We realized it was the picture we gave them, and not the art itself. West and Willow was willing to redraw our pet based on a new photo we submitted. We really appreciated the Company going out of their way to make sure we were satisifed.

The process was smooth and quick. The final product was very accurate to the photo. My wife will be very happy with her gift! The only thing I would recommend is to send an digital art approval prior to shipping.

I love, love, love my picture of my kitty!! It looks so much like him and I love the background and frame. The processing and shipping time was really fast.

The actual image is great, but the frame is super cheap quality. Wish I had just ordered the print without the frame because I could have just purchased something similar from a dollar store.

Such an easy transaction. I got the 8x0 print of my beloved boy, framed it myself. It is so perfect. Looks exactly like my dog it’s so realistic! I can’t wait to gift it to my kids. ❤️

I ordered the king & queen portrait with my Boston Terriers. The background is darker in person than it is on the website and therefore my dogs who have black faces and heads don’t show up very well. I love the product otherwise.

I received a portrait as a gift from a friend, and it's absolutely amazing. Two years later, I ordered one for my cat-loving friend, and it's also lovely. Highly recommend!
