I received a portrait as a gift and it turned out great. I decided to order my own and the potrait doesn’t look anywhere close to what my dogs and cat look like. Their coat is completely different and even the pattern and direction of the coat looks unusual for any dog. I’m not sure why they look so different but I am very disappointed considering how much you guys charge, I was expecting better work

Looks more like a cartoon than an oil companies painting. I feel like it would be worth it if it was $30 instead. Disappointed but still happy
